Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We price our shipping to cover the cost charged by USPS. The shipping cost will be provided to you before you complete your order. We offer a simple two-tiered shipping fee, shown below. We also offer free shipping on our 24 packs and all orders over $219.00.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Dingolayproducts.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dingolayproducts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Dingolayproducts.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Food products are not exchangeable, but if there is an issue with a food product that you received from us, please contact us at 718-522-7472 or email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
At no time is your credit card number stored on our system. We use Stripe to offer online shopping. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
