Indigenous to the Caribbean, and more specifically to Jamaica, my Scotch Bonnet peppers are grown under the heat of the Jamaican sun which brings out all of their fiery sweetness and flavorfully complex fruity undertones of apple, cherry, and tomato.
Our peppersauces are flavor-packed but not overpowering. You can cook with them, use them as a marinade, or pour straight from the bottle to spice up and enhance your favorite foods.
They pair perfectly with rice, pasta, pizza, all kinds of meat, seafood, fish, and vegetables. Add them to curry, soups, stews, ramen, and ice cream!
